However, for the naive it can be confusing as there is another Courtyard by Marriott Brussels in the city which is much more centrally placed. The difference is that one has EU on the end. This doesn't! If you don't realise that then like us, you'll be headed for a hotel stuck in the suburbs rather than the hubbub. "The hotel is well presented, clean and spacious with plenty of amenities and services available to guests. Things not normally offered at hotels such as a games room, a bar with a shop, nespresso machines in the rooms etc. Even a gym and sauna. My only issues were that despite the later checkout than most hotels, housekeeping still came in without warning 2 hours before we were required to checkout. Also, the hotel is large and while there are 4 main lifts, they are tiny and so it takes a while...

"The hotel was in a great location. Just three blocks from Centraal Station and one block from the Grand Place. Nice hotel with a trendy cafe. Excellent, friendly staff. Pablo, the Guest Relations manager was super nice and helpful. All the staff were very nice too. Got a lot of good information. Hotel is in the middle of all the action, again, in a great location. Breakfast was good, and good value. Will definetely stay here again if we return to Brussels again. "
