Lovely stay, fab location

Lovely accommodation, quick and easy to the center of Brussels, lots of shops around and near the train station. Accommodation was perfect for the family, really comfy beds and plenty of space. Clean and easily accessible too. Huge thank you! Would highly recommend!

Great experience

At first, it was a bit difficult to find the property, but the owner helped us and we found it. The property was big enough and had all the facilities, including some food and drinks. It is located just a few steps away from de Zuijstation (Gare du Midi) and not far on foot to the Grote Markt (Grand Place).

Great location

We enjoyed Brussels. The location of this unit was great, however, with the construction, it was a little difficult to find at first. The unit was as described and very clean. The back bedroom smelled of smoke, possibly because of the amount of smokIng the neighbors were doing. The instructions for getting into the unit were excellent. We didn’t know what we were supposed to do when we checked out - take sheets off beds, where to put used towels, etc.

Spacious Place!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment…it is very spacious…plenty of room for 4 adults. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. A fresh load of bread, butter, jelly, orange juice, milk and coffee were all provided for us, which was much appreciated! During our stay, the road in front of the complex was under construction…it is not terrible. You just have to walk to the end of the block to catch an Uber or other ride. It is about a 20 minute walk to the city center. Directions to enter the unit were provided with pictures, so we were able to figure it out pretty easily! The apartment complex is gated and has a large courtyard in the center. Not sure if it was the time of year we were there or something else, but there was no activity in the courtyard.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment

Location is as described. On a busy boulevard disrupted by the building of the new metro line, but set well back so not noisy. Spacious and very well equipped property. Some instructions for the use of the equipment would have been welcome. The one complaint concerns the check-in process. I wrote at least twice to the owner for instructions, but he did not reply. The 'here are your keys' message from Vrbo was reassuring, but did not work. Then TWO HOURS before the check-in time -- when I was on the train to Belgium -- the owner sent an email requiring a whatsapp number (which I do not have) before sending entry details. My wife, who was to pick up the keys, had great difficulty contacting him, and had to wait two hours before she could get access to the apartment. Subsequently the owner did respond promptly when we had problems with the wifi.

Great Flat to rent, little walk to downtown area (center square) but really good. Close to Brussels-mini statuon which is very convenient. Overall great experience host was awesome to deal with.

Great place close to old town.

We loved it here… it was very quiet! It was about a 10 minute walk from all the action. Host is very helpful. I was somewhat disheartened when we first arrived because of all the metro construction out front. It turned out not to be a problem… we loved our stay!

The apartment is modern with two spacious bedrooms (one partly ensuite) and an open-plan living area. It’s a bit dark inside but worked fine for our stay. The complex is close to public transport, a 25-minute walk to the city, and surrounded by plenty of shops for essentials.We did run into a few issues—getting access was tricky at first, the lift was out for most of our stay (not great with big suitcases), and there was a power outage one morning.On the plus side, the owner kindly stocked basics like milk, bread, butter, and coffee. Overall, a decent stay, though the building issues and roadworks outside were a bit disruptive.

Nice spacious apartment. Good location for station.

Nice apartment, good location but not really a nice local area, lots of litter etc. Plus they are doing improvement works in the area which detract from the stay. This isn't the host's fault but made the stay slightly less nice than i hoped.

Great walk from train station

Property was as described, very nice and clean. We walked with our luggage from the train station and it was only a few minutes away. We were 2 couples and had a great time. We were able to do laundry while we were there, which was nice. Michelle met us - she was so nice and gave us all the instructions necessary, despite a bit of a language barrier. Surrounding neighborhood was very busy and didn't feel super safe, but the enclosed area where the apartment is was very quiet and well-kept. We had dinner delivered one night (Uber Eats) and enjoyed eating on the balcony.

So good!!!

We stayed for 3 days, 2 couples. With no doubt, it is a great apartment to stay in Brussels. Just 15 minutes walking from the center where most places to visit are. It is really close to Gare Du Midi train station , if you plan to visit other places like Brujas (Brugge) or Gante (Gent) this is really a plus. Two comfy rooms, the beds are great. It has all the basic things you need, with a great quality on averything it has. We loved the coffee machine, a nexpresso great one, and apreciatted really much that the owner gifted us bread, jam, milk etc.. for breakfast. Wi-fi works really well too. The treat from Michelle could not been better, thank you so much for your kindness Michelle. So we are really happy we choosed this apartment to stay in Brussels, it really improoved our trip.

Misleading

In the description it said 2 bathrooms which was correct but there was only 1 toilet and it was in one of the bathrooms. Also there is only 1 set of keys which made it difficult for 2 groups of adults to return at different times. The smoke alarms had been removed.

Perfect apartment for a weekend stay!

Booked this apartment for 3 days whilst we came to Brussels for a weekend trip. It was just a 5 minute walk to the station (super close) and really easy to find!! We requested an earlier check in and Michelle (the property manager) accommodated to our requirements easily! She welcomed us at the apartment, showed us around and ensured we understood where everything was etc. The property was very clean and modern. Michelle also messaged us half way through our stay, checking in and ensuring we were okay (so thoughtful!) The property is a quick scooter ride to town or a short 20 min walk. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of tea, coffee, jams, butter, cereal and even various snacks! The bathroom had a great shower. There is construction in front of this property however everything is still easily accessible. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Eine schöne Wohnung, sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber mir gefällt das sehr gut. Die Anfahrt war eher schwierig aufgrund einer ausgedehnten Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus. Nicht ganz einfach die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage zu finden. Wäre schön gewesen da vorgewarnt zu sein. Die Anweisungen, um an den Schlüssel zu kommen waren aber gut, das hat problemlos geklappt. Allerdings ist uns aufgefallen, dass ab 18 Uhr die Tür zur Straße verriegelt ist. Das hatte der Vermieter zwar vorher geschrieben, aber mir war daraus nicht klar geworden, dass nach 18 Uhr gar keine Möglichkeit mehr bestanden hätte an den Schlüssel zu kommen. Auch das wäre gut gewesen, wenn man da vorher explizit drauf hingewiesen worden wäre. Wir sind nur durch Zufall vor 18 Uhr dort gewesen. Die Wohnung selber war sauber und freundlicherweise gab es sogar Brot, Butter, Marmelade und Orangensaft im Kühlschrank, was wir aber leider auch nicht vorher erfahren hatten, daher hatte wir fürs Frühstück eh alles selber dabei. Die Wohnung ist super ruhig, von der sehr befahrenen Straße hört man absolut nichts. Auch die ganze Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Anwohner sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht optimal war die Tatsache, dass es nur ein WC gibt, das auch noch in einem der Bäder ist. Das war in der Beschreibung so nicht angegeben. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht gut abdunkeln und im Innenhof war die ganze Nacht Festbeleuchtung, das hat den Schlaf etwas beeinträchtigt, aber das Bett war in Ordnung.

Le propriétaire a manqué du respect avec moi, car il a annulé la réservation le jour même, en disant qu'il avait une réservation sur un autre site en avance. Il pourrait ai moins faire ça quelques jours avant... Mais non, il a fait à quelques minutes de mon arrivé. Pas de tout sérieux

Spacieux, près de la gare

Appartement conforme aux photos. Amplement d’espace. Proche de la gare, mais quartier peu attrayant dans son ensemble (d’autant qu’il y avait beaucoup de travaux de construction). Ceci dit, les travaux ne nuisent pas à la tranquillité de l’appartement qui est situé en arrière cours.

Family Trip

Nach der schwierigen Anfahrt (riesige Baustelle vor dem Haus) war im Grunde genommen alles zufriedenstellend. Leider wurde auf Kontaktaufnahme nicht reagiert (Zimmer waren nicht bezugsfertig, was sich im Laufe des Tages erledigt hat). Zugang und Ausfahrt der Parkgarage war schwierig. Der Aufenthalt an sich war aber gut.

Zentrale schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sie ist sehr geräumig mit 2 Bädern, 1 WC. Lediglich fehlte ein 4. Barhocker, um zu viert an der Kochinsel zu essen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung bestens ausgestattet. Alles war vorhanden, um ein Wochenende zu verbringen( 1 Brot, Milch, O-saft, Wc-Papier… Vielen Dank.
