"This was a perfect stay close to train station (5 min walk), clean spacious room, property manager greeted us and explained how to use everything. Washer/dryer very convenient. Candy bowl at entry was a nice special touch Beds super comfortable. Nice location very walkable. Electric bikes for rent nearby and I highly recommend them for getting around. "We had a trouble and it was nightmare to find the location GPS took us to a surreal haunted place where the building could not match the description of the building what we booked. It was 8 pm and when I tried to call at the number it said, it is not in use. although time to contact these people was until 10pm. A local tourist helped us to find the way out. Flat and property was overall clean but too much hassle to find it."

"Simple attic studio was great for a short work trip to Brussels. Located just around the corner to most of the EU buildings and with everything you need for a quick meal at home. The heating worked well, bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. My only complaint would be other guests who smoked - while they stayed 2 floors below the apartment I stayed in, you could still smell the smoke through the pipe system in the kitchen. "The property was close to the train station and grocery stores, and within walking distance of the Old Town. It was a bit noisy at night (sirens). We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft). "

"The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs. "

"No towels… must rent them. No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. Bed is not made must make it yourself. Dead bugs on floor. Hallway area was run down and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We paid extra for an ocean view room and did have a great view and overall felt relatively safe. "
