"They cancelled my booking, i only found out after i traversed Brussels to the property. To cancel, they messaged on WhatsApp from a french number (we are in Belgium) . They told me an unknown company name and said booking cancelled - they didn’t explain who they are so I didn’t know what it was about and assumed it was a scam. they would not reply to me when i asked for explanation. I had to chase them for a refund through the app in the end. It feels like a scam "

"It was so much better than i expected. For the price i paid [£45] it was a bargain. Excellent. Stay at room 19 if you can. The bed aas comfartble , excellent bathroom condition , hot water, and even there was a small patio in the room like a private terrace! Amazing i loved it. The neighbourhood i guess its a bit rough but i didnt mind at all .its a bit hilly around 25-30mins from central. Theres a tram stop in front which i didnt use because i walked."
