"As you walk into the hotel, the reception area is beautifully presented (and this was even more so with it being Christmas time). The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The reception team were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was in a great location too! "

Special mention to the young gentleman working at the lobby who was always friendly and helpful whenever we passed by."
