The architecture in the lobby alone is enough to make you never want to leave. The staff was super kind and helpful which was honestly the cherry on top. Emma was another amazing Grand DU Luc team member that stood out. Truly made our stay amazing and I can’t say enough how much it meant that Nhi helped us out in one of our hardest moments when we left Hanoi only to return.
