"Clean and auiet"

"Staff hard working but poorly managed. An empty wine glass was left on the floor in hallway outside our room. It stayed there three days. Manager could not locate a lost and found item poorly placed two tries. . A waitperson went out of her way to locate it. An example of poor management great staff. "

"The room was clean and well laid out. It looked like it has been fairly recently updated. The manager was extremely helpful. Just to be clear, the listing on expedia.ca stated there is a restaurant on site which is incorrect. There are a couple of restaurants very close, but not actually on the property. I would definitely recommend this accommodation on your next trip through Hope, BC."

"Checked in - no A/C in the room we were in. Moved down the hall to a 'cooler' room. That evening - temperatures in the high 70's - A/C did not work - like a sauna all night. Took a shower - NO towels in the room - partner had to go down to lobby to get. 2nd night -same room - provided with a box-fan - spent the night in a 'sauna' with hot air blowing around. Lots of interesting red ants crawling throughout the room - made it into our toothpaste! Well - at least the view was half-way decent"

"We booked the same day as our arrival and never received any information on how to check in — a small but telling detail. I called Jason and we were given the code, with not many apologies. We were in Suite 3 — worth noting for anyone booking: the photos on Hotels.com are of Suite 4. Suite 3 faces both the lake and the parking lot, so keep the blinds closed unless you're comfortable being part of the scenery. The stairway and balcony looked as though they hadn't been swept or cleaned since last season — possibly the season before. The A/C remote was missing, leaving us unable to turn off the cold air blowing directly over the bed. I called the assistance number twice with no answer, sent a text to Jason, and am still waiting. Needless to say, it made for an uncomfortable sleep. The floors were also dirty. The bathroom lighting is exceptionally poor, and the dark shower curtain makes it feel like you're showering in the dark — a bold design choice for a room that charges for comfort. Other than that, it was fine. But we wouldn't book here again based on the price-to-customer-service ratio — and the ratio was not flattering."

"Everything’s was nice beautiful bathroom however I have this feedback to give, one the bathroom pressure on a rain shower had a lot of condensation in spit of the fan going 2 the phones should be updated to not be 30 years old and still say the Windsor motel. "
