Clean and staff were great. Location was amazing, however its an older building so its not the most sound proof and the room we had showed its age.

This property is in a good downtown location. We found the property condition clean and well maintained. Check in and out was a bit slow as the front desk staff is small and there is almost always a wait at the front desk. We stayed three nights and every night we were woken by passing sirens in the street, and this despite us staying on a high floor. It’s not really any fault of the hotel but it does reveal that the window glass is maybe not as thermal and sound protected as it could be.

This hotel was beautiful, the ambiance was great the staff was very attentive and the room was very clean and comfortable. A great home away from home when visiting Vancouver.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful, especially when we had problems with the WiFi. The room was clean and well presented. Once the refurbishment is completed I am sure the property will look absolutely fantastic.
