The hotel is very clean and comfortable, good beds, nice linen and towels. No views but that’s to be expected when you’re staying on Broadway. Well appointed, will appeal to business travellers as well as leisure travellers-convenient to the city and also Central. Staff were eager to assist and nice touches like having our bags taken to our room before we returned to finalise check in. Good buffet breakfast. Good value, I’d go back.

Friendly staff at reception and at the hotel restaurant Kensington St Social. Very helpful recommending local restaurants and places to visit. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed and great shower. The hotel is located close to Central Railway with easy access to the City, Chinatown, Glebe, Surry Hills and Newtown shopping strips and restaurants

The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city...

The room was very spacious. Excellent service all around. By day 2 the doorman knew me and would have a bottle of water and towel ready for after my run. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons would definitely stay there next time

Best hotel ever

Amazing location for everything, clean, modern and comfortable

I arrived early and was told my room was ready and that I could check in immediately for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed dinner in the Song kitchen restaurant, it was pleasant and affordable. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed with my overall experience at Song Hotel, and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.

Great location for travel out of and into Australia.

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered. Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. The lounge was a beautiful, serene space to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and a canapé...

Arrived really exhausted from driving all day. Check-in was easy and the lady at reception was really friendly. Room was very clean, shower was hot and bed was comfortable. The room was also nice and dark to be able to sleep, and nice and quiet. Exactly what I needed.

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of the city! I was extremely happy staying here and could pop outside at any time and I’d have a plethora of food options! Highly recommended if you want a well priced conveniently located hotel in the CBD! The rooms were beautiful too!

My go to hotel in Sydney and I’m often there. Best sleep hotel. But the mini bar was removed??

3pm check-in is a bit late for business travellers, and the early check-in fee of $80 is excessive - especially when there was a room available. It would have cost the hotel NOTHING to give me access prior to 3pm.

Very quiet for a hotel this close to the airport.
