"The hotel is beautiful. It is extremely clean, and omg it smells so good inside. The rooms have everything one may need conveniently, it is very quiet there’s not a lot of traffic noise. They have several dining options available the flatbread pizza was good, but you could walk out and have an array of restaurants to pick from. During the day you won’t have any feeling of uneasiness however at night there is a large number of homelessness and a few prostitutes. There is the Shell gas station not too far from the hotel which is open 24/7 in case one needs to get gas for an early flight, such as myself my flight was at 545A, the gas station was empty the area was very quiet but you do need to be alert as there were homeless people a block away having drugs. This by no means takes anything away from the hotel itself, it is beautiful, clean, great customer service, parking is also very convenient you could go in and out without a hitch, and that scent all over the lobby was just relaxing and it just smelled so good! The Hilton is always my go to whenever wherever I travel, never disappointed and nor will anyone be if they stay there. Absolutely loved it. And it’s conveniently located smack in the middle of downtown San Francisco, close to all the stores like Macys, Louis Vitton, and so many others. Can’t wait to go back with more time, I really enjoyed it."
"We stayed at the MarK Hopkins for an Anniversary Party with friends (held at the Tonga Room in the Fairmont). Check-in was slow and a bit disorganized but the room was lovely and we enjoyed pre and post-gaming at the Top of the Mark. Breakfast the following morning was delicious. Beautiful, historic San Francisco hotel!"
