"The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "

"We had an early morning flight to Greece and decided to stay the night before at the Hampton Hilton at Gatwick Airport and honestly it was a great decision. We didn't have to worry about arriving late at the airport and the conditions were absolutely wonderful, quiet, clean and breakfast served from 4am. I highly recommend and will definitely repeat the experience."
"No hassle checkin. At 1:30 am it was perfect. We had prepaid. Within 5 - 10 mins of our arrival we were in our room. Staff was friendly and the service was great. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There were 2 free bottles of still water and the bathroom was clean. The room was small but adequate for our needs. We would stay there again."

The room was decent and quiet and alll the facilities that I needed for my stay worked well.
The car park was cramped, not much room to park, I had to get out of the car on the passenger side. So that could do with a bit of improvement.
