There were no electric sockets near headboard, we needed an extension cable running across the room. Corridor was in severe need of vaccuming. The property needs redecorating and deep cleaning."

Also, the check-out door was locked, which made it difficult to return the key normally; a key box would be a good idea. "An overnight stay and the Royal Wells offers value and ticks the boxes for us on location, car parking, value and quality of breakfast too. It’s an older style of building and therefore has a few creaks. "
