Its location provided a good base for exploring the area and the easy to reach castles of Leeds, Scotney, Hever and Sissinghurst. There are plenty of excellent farm shops in the vicinity and the local shop in Yalding was well stocked. The location is relaxing and the provision of an outdoor eating area was adequate with uninterrupted country views. Communication with the host was very good, as was self check in and out, with the reassurance there was a pro-active host available, should the need have arisen."
