"Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent dinner and breakfast selection. Some rooms are very far from the lift lobby but fortunately the hotel offers trolleys to bring luggage to the rooms and airport terminals. Wish there was coffee and not only tea provided in the rooms."

Many restaurants and several shopping malls are steps away from the hotel. It's also very close to subway station. The property has an upscale appearance inside and out. Most staffs were pleasantly polite and helpful; room was clean and well equipped; breakfast buffet selection was quality and substantial. It'd be my first choice when I return to Shanghai next trip. "
