"A wonderful, relaxing return visit for us. It met and exceeded our expectations. As host, Ryan is perfect. His 2 sidekicks, Bourbon and Cider were too. One of our dogs and both humans loved playing with them. The place is understatedly well decorated and comfortable. The huge front porch overlooking the view of the hill, and Morro Rock in the distance when clear, as it was for us. The sunrise and sunsets both were beautiful. "Loved our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our extended family group of 6 adults. The stand-out mention is for the great location with spectacular, unobstructed views. Communication with host, Melinda, was easy. She was so helpful and quick to respond to a couple of questions that came up during our visit. We hope to return to Cambria again and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this place."

"We enjoyed our stay here and loved the back deck with views for miles. The master was especially nice with the updated bathroom. The home was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. My only suggestion, and the reason we wouldn’t rebook, is that the mattresses were terrible. All 4 of use complained every morning when we got up about shoulder and back pain. They really need to be replaced with something more comfortable,."

"We really enjoyed the stay here. I liked how it was secluded into the forest and every window had views of the trees and deers really close drive to the coastal access! The kitchen was well equipped and the house was really clean. The highway sound wasn't bad at all but I like a little noise when I sleep. Overall I'm really happy with the decision I made because I was going back and forth on hotel or house and this was a great decision. So much wildlife :)"

"It was nice that the apartment/condo/rooms were walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Fun to have a beer/wine bar a short walk from our front door. Sitting on our balconies allowed us to enjoy the out of doors without leaving the premises. We had a great time."

"The house was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. It was a great neighborhood, very quiet. The feeling of the house was somewhat sterile starting with the electronic welcome board by the front door which the property management company placed there. The furnishings were okay. In my opinion the house lacked warmth which others may not care about. I liked the open layout for the kitchen,eating,dining, family room. I caution anyone thinking of having a party here to be aware that...

"The home is what we expected by its posting. We were very comfortable there. It way great for our pups. They had their own space for breaks. Plenty of games and beautiful patio. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. Local to everything we enjoy while in Morro Bay. Easy to check in and out of. Would like to visit here again. "Was a great home base for my friends and I while we spent time in our old college town. The jacuzzi on the back deck was a wonderful nighttime hang. The house felt like staying at a family members home. Had everything we needed. Leslie also left us some welcome treats of local goodies."

"We go to Paso Robles every year for a Wildland firefighter fundraiser. This year we booked this house and had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was big and allowed us to cook home made meals to have dinner with the family. The rooms were big and had comfortable pillows. Easy access to the pool with a gate around it, which gave us a feel for security for the kids to stay out of it. Overall it was a great house."

A few issues As other reviewers mentioned, hot bath water are on short supply Bath tub slide doors on 2nd bathroom are stuck and cant shut. Probably more on potentially damaging property than inconvenience for guests Carpet on kids room keep shedding wools, please consider to replace "

"What a perfect stay! The house is amazing, so beautifully decorated, so clean! Immaculate backyard with peaceful garden. Front porch with rocking chairs. 5 minute walk to the center of Paso Robles, to restaurants and the lovely park. Great neighborhood to walk in as well. "Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was lovely, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location is convenient to downtown with good restaurants within walking distance. Communications with the owner was fast and efficient when we had any questions. We certainly hope to return in the future."

"This property is absolutely gorgeous, well maintained, with a well stocked kitchen. The home and views were SPECTACULAR -- way better than in the pictures. The only caveat I will list is that there is a 1 mile dirt road to the home which has some shrubs on the path, so you wouldn't want to bring a sports car that's low to the ground. We were able to drive over the shrubbery and access it with our normal sedans (Corolla, Honda Civic, etc)."

"Spectacular property and accommodations. Rented all of it for party of 15 (4 families represented) which worked out great with the various spaces. Did eating and group gathering in main house. Would have loved to make use of party barn, but it was a little too chilly for that. Loved the decor, the ambiance, and the stunning peacocks! Highly recommend and would return. Only downsides are access off of highway (a bit nerve-wracking) and low water pressure in showers, but neither would deter us...
