"Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."

"Location and apartment were on point. You could walk less than 5 minutes to the Mestre Centre, about 15 minutes to Venezia Centre train station and across the road (2 mins walk) was the bus station taking you to Venice and other routes. The room we stayed in easily accommodated 5 sleepers and had two bathrooms, which was very useful. The staff overseeing yeh studios were friendly and available. Always responding to any queries. Really enjoyed our stay. "

L'appartement était propre et confortable, nous y avons tous les 4 super bien dormi. La vue est incroyable, l'appartement est très bien équipé. Nous avons été parfaitement été accueilli et la communication en amont était également très bonne. Nous recommandons vivement ! Il y a en effet, d'autres locataires dans la structure, que nous n'avons jamais croisés durant ces 4 jours"

"We had a great weekend stay at the house - the welcome was especially great. Only issues - the address does not show up correctly on Google maps so make sure to double confirm the location - we had some confusion around this. Also, we did have a lot of mosquitos in the house - make sure to keep the windows closed at all times. Lastly - the second bathroom is only a half bath - there is a water sprayer in it but it’s not a shower. But overall, it’s a very well appointed, super well...

"Great experience staying at the laguna loft. The place was very clean and nice. Located close to piazzale Roma and very easy to walk to city centre from the accommodation. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to travellers looking to stay in Venice. "
