  • The independent apartment has a separate entrance from the street and is about 60m2. It has 2 airco’s, a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet as well as towels and bathrobes. Furthermore a pantry with fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. In the pantry area, there is a table to work at or for having breakfast. In the large bedroom is a comfortable king-size bed with 2 single mattresses, a seating area and an extra desk or dressing table. A washing machine is available.

I can’t say enough incredible things about this apartment!!! If you are staying in Venice…this is where you need to stay! The apartment is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! It is extremely well decorated and very comfortable to relax in after a day of touring the beautiful alleys and canals of Venice. Not one detail was left behind in order for travellers to feel right at home. The location is perfect! You get dropped off by water taxi right at the dock that is literally a few steps to your door. Beautiful St. Marks Square, the Rialto bridge and all other attractions are within a 7-15 minute walk so very easy to get around and pop back to your place for a midday rest or in case you need more sunscreen! So convenient! There are great little restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk (Le Cafe was our go to) and shops galore throughout the maze of historic alleyways that seem to never surprise around each corner. The proprietor Martin was amazing!! I can’t say enough about his hospitality and graciousness throughout our stay. Such a wonderful human being! He greeted us at the dock and made us feel welcomed immediately, helped us with any questions and guidance while we were there and prepared a water taxi for our departure. Everything to do with this place is special and created magical memories for us. We did not want to leave, but we will be back for sure!! Don’t even look at other places…this is the one for you!! If I could give it a 25 out of 10…I would. And I do. Thank you Martin!! Ciao!

It was quite a nice place. The bedroom was wonderful and the kitchenette was usable though lacked a burner. We were able to use the microwave to make breakfast and some dinners. Course we were in Venice so who wants to cook too much. Apartment was absolutely delightful. Martin was wonderful and very helpful. We were right in the middle of things.

Probably the most convenient and centrally located apartment in Venice.

Pretty much perfect if you are looking for a very comfortable and very clean landing spot for when you are resting and relaxing from your enjoyment of the town. Attentive host; so easy to find, and a great launch point for all of your on-foot (and in-boat) destinations.

This is a fabulous apartment in a great location. We can’t recommend it highly enough. The apartment is really close to the main attractions yet is on a quiet street. The decor is just beautiful and the host Martin is really helpful - communication was great and everything went smoothly.

Great apartment and host

Martin was the perfect host for our stay in Venice. He was extremely accommodating for an early check in and responded quickly to my messages. He also gave a lot of excellent local recommendations. The apartment is very close to San Marco square which allowed us to be able to pop “home” for a quick rest before going out again, but because it is down a side street it is extremely quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay there again!
