Everything about this place is amazing! It’s very spacious, clean (except mold smell was rough but that’s Venice), supplied with everything you need from shampoo conditioners coffee year even Nutella jam and toast which was perfect for first morning with the kids!! But the best part is, it’s 2 mins walk to Rialto bridge where all the action is !! We will definitely be back

I highly recommend. The apartment is centrally located to EVERYTHING and quite large, clean, with large a kitchen and separate laundry room, although the washing machine is compact. The top floor where we stayed was the ideal unit. I just loved my stay and the apartment made it even better.

Great location. Close to water taxi from airport. Walking distance to major Landmarks. Spacious and clean. Nice welcome package of espresso, tea, crackers, jam, oil. It’s on the pricey side as it’s in a central location. There are 2 bathrooms but one of the bathrooms has a shower head that hangs low to ground and only partial glass enclosure therefore hard to keep water. But overall a nice place and location! K

There is an elevator, air conditioning and it is in a great location in San Marco. Just a two minute walk or less from the Rialto Bridge so very easy to get to even with luggage in hand.

We really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous apartment. It’s big ( we were 6), the rooms are very spacious, it was super clean, the location is excellent. We loved having our coffee on the cute terrace in the morning. Absolutely wonderful stay. Thank you!

I really enjoyed our very short stay there - location is great and it was nice and spacious! For any traveler with mobility issues getting in and out of the shower is tricky with the height of the tub to the floor. I would definitely stay here again!

It's a nice apartment 3 minutes walk to St Mark's Square. A few minutes walk to Rialto station. Aloft of good food and shop nearby. It's just a little hot . They set the aircon to 25 so I called them they send a tech to set the temp but they set it it to 23.5 even I told them I want 19 degrees. One of the bathroom floor always has a moist even after I change the temp multiple times.

The property was outstanding in every sense of the word. Clean, modern, surprisingly inexpensive for Venice, centrally located. I would highly recommend staying there if you have the opportunity. One extremely minor point - Google maps shows the location on the other side of the street from the ally - took as a few minutes to figure that out (LOL)!

We really enjoyed the apartment and the balconies over looking the square are PERFECT! extremely easy to get to the water taxi and other great areas. This was perfect for the entire family. The kitchen area was great with lots of glasses and plates. The did need a wine opener :) but have a feeling that will be corrected ASAP. The only hiccup we had is we didn't get the email to pay the tourist taxes in advance. That was 100% my fault for not checking in earlier and I didn't have good wifi the day of. So we had to go to the hotel to check in first - they were great and very accomodating, but highly recommend checking in with all the paper work early so you can skip that step. Would have saved us a lot of time. But overall HIGHY recommend
