"The staff was amazing, from beginning until the end of our journey. They have a wide variety of food, lots of activities for everyone, shows, you name it. A children's water park which is not big, but it wasn't too crowded when we traveled which made this a plus. The water park is a must do for the little ones. If youbare looking for a well-maintained, entertaining, and customer service friendly, this is a must visit location."

"Cats and dogs roam the property and are so friendly; bartenders at the pool bar were friendly and made good drinks; hostess at Thalassa dinner time was pleasant and helpful (e.g. pointing out vegetarian options on the buffet); servers at Tao Cat were pleasant and quick; servers at Thalassa dinner were pleasant; room attendants were diligent; room was clean and well kept (no issues); pool by the lobby was warm and clean; beach was clean of seaweed and enough chairs available. Waited 30 minutes for check in; many wait staff and bartenders were curt or unfriendly; concierge tried to sell us a time share and hung up on us; incorrect information on website and WhatsApp. There is no vegetarian restaurant any longer - huge disappointment. No Peruvian restaurant either. Thalassa is buffet breakfast, then menu order lunch and dinner. No vegetarian option at lunch. There was a dominican buffet one night. Tao Cat is menu order and serves dinner only. Really tasty and a vegetarian options. Bloved is menu order for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We were not impressed by the food there. There's a quick serve place near Bloved - burgers, chicken, beyond burgers, french & yucca fries, nachos, wings. There's also a smaller restaurant near the pool bar. Both open 12-4ish. Pizzas and mac and cheese, along with burgers and flavored wings, salads all had meat in them. Room service had limited menu about 11pm - it was delivered much faster than it said so we missed it and had to reorder. "

"You need to get UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB out of you resort. We wil never come back as long as these they are allowed ro operate in resort. We do not recommend Dreams resorts. "
