"Booked a room here late at night when my flight home was canceled last minute and everything was great. The men who checked us in and showed us to our room were extremely friendly, the servers at the bar were so kind and the food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. The rooms are absolutely stunning as well! I wish I could have stayed longer."

It wasnt explained well where to check in and therefore I waited downstairs for an hour where I felt dismissed and wasnt given much direction when told to go upstairs. The room was nice as the pictures but some weird holes in walls... The difficulty in speaking to staff was hard at times English to Spanish, even with simple words. The food at the restaurant was really good. The prices were good as well. The housekeeper never cleaned our room and the phone did not work in the room to make request. "
