"Staff very helpful and friendly. Very central. Although we had an attic room it was very comfortable and all that was needed for a city break. "

"I love this hotel! The room I got was smaller and of course I booked a regular room and not a suite, but it was clean, had a window where I can view and wave at people crossing the small bridge, and a small canal with gondola’s passing thru, and a restaurant across. The noise was minimal during the day, and quiet at night. It was a great location where everything was walkable, walking thru shops, cafes, restaurants, and a few minutes to the grand canal, St Mark’s square, Rialto bridge, churches. Perfect location away from packed tourists, and crowds but very close to every landmark. I felt safe staying here. The staff were amazing! From the dining staff, to the 24 hour front desk staff, and the rest of the hotel staff. Coffee and snacks were available even at 3 am. We’ve been in Italy for 10 days but we kept waking up at 3 in the morning. lol A little pricey but we felt it was a very safe location and I would go back and book here again!!!!"

"Beautiful large room with white walls and an exposed wooden beam ceiling. A fantastic garden view. A very comfortable bed. A large bathroom with a rain head shower. Last but not least, my hosts, Claudio and Lidia were so wonderful."
