"We arrived in Barcelona at around 11am and got to the hotel for closer to 12pm. Luckily our room was ready and we were able to drop our luggage off and refresh before heading out to see all the sights we wanted to see. Hotel staff was very helpful. They had recommendations for places to go, places to eat etc. They also called a cab for us and helped us with our bags so we could get to our cruise terminal."

"I have mixed feeling about this hotel. Its location and staff are great, but the room I stayed have power trip issue, I lost power even without plug in anything. The room installed motion light surrounding the bottom of the walls, but the motion light is faulty, it randomly light up with a beep sound even without people moving and talking at night. It’s annoying when you are ready to sleep and the light goes on and off whole night. "

"From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I loved it. The staff was very helpful and the location is nice and quiet. The hotel was very clean and I liked the layout of the room. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Barcelona."

"Location is the best! However, the bedding has blood stain on it. The towel all too old felt filthy. The water at breakfast taste fishy. - good breakfast though and the roof top is wow! 3 stars at the most."

"Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Beds could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars due to the staff (exceptional doormen), unbeatable location and overall swanky-ness of the property. Only negative is the mattresses definitely need upgrading (too soft and I’m guessing poor quality or several years old—definitely time for a refresh). "
