"This home was perfect. It was my sister and I together. We had just lost our father after being his caretakers for almost 2 years. It was the perfect place to reset and relax. It was quiet. The pool was perfect. Close to stores and restaurants. And a short drive to many beaches. We will definitely book this home again!"

"The house was beautiful and extremely clean. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the pool and canal area. We brought our boat and was able to enjoy the boating experience as well. With the lift not being available for use, it would be nice to have some cleats and bumpers on the dock for mooring but no a big deal. Overall, it is a great place, and I would highly recommend the stay."

"This property was filthy. There is black mold throughout the property and the mold smell was terribly overwhelming. The pool and hot tub had debris that obviously had been there for some time. The pool enclosure was infested with spider webs everywhere. The garage smelled like cats had been housed in it. We arrived in the evening around 9 pm and were greeted by a lizard. We vacated the home before 9 am the next morning and said goodbye to the cockroach in the bathroom!"

"We loved the house and pool. Our family had a great time. Ease of rental access and they allowed us in an hour early which was nice. Grounds were very nice. Our 3rd time renting a house in Cape Coral. People have to realize how big Cape Coral is. Its 15 minutes ti everywhere. Only negative was the over the top amount of buddahs as the main living room decore. Not exactly a neutral decor, we have iasues with idols. It should just be beach/boat theme decor"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Vacation Rental was beautiful, clean, and conveniently close to everything my Wife & I had planned for our trip. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool, playing games in the lanai, and relaxing with our Dog. "Was very nice and convenient. Only thing I will say is my daughter swims at home 4 days a week and we have no problems with her skin. The chlorine content, or something else entirely gave her a rash all over her body. Me and my other daughter had zero issues. Check in was extremely easy, close to everything that you would need. All and all, was a great experience. I highly recommend the Naples Zoo. "
