For the price, I was a little concerned about what I’d find, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and it was overall a place I’d stay again. It isn’t going to be a 5-star accommodation, but I felt safe, clean, and comfortable. Location is convenient to many shops and restaurants, and the pool was clean and well maintained.

Bathroom drainage was poor, no counter to put our stuff like toiletry bags, room was congested , only one chair for 2 person room. Breakfast was not good.there was some burned eggs no meat or sausages. They had good coffee, plenty of parking. Enjoyed the outdoor pool.

The rooms are utilitarian, but very comfortable. The staff were very nice, personable and extremely helpful when asking information. Especially, Rebecca on the desk, PAPA from services and Theresa from room services. I make it a point to know People’s names. Absolutely no problems with parking. Breakfast was very adequate.

BAIT & SWITCH! I booked "Executive King Suite w/sofa bed" and the photos showed a beautiful room with a kitchen, full sized fridge, separate living room area.... I arrived and after check-in was sent to a separate building with a barely air conditioned hallway. I opened the door to the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I confirmed my suspicions of smoke odor when I saw several cigarette burn marks on the bed! No living room, not even a sofa bed, barely a kitchen with a mini-fridge and just a hot plate on the counter. However, I must give credit to the staff! They were as polite and accommodating as they could be considering having a full house. They explained there were no other suites available, so I requested a standard king room in the main building. This room was a lot cleaner and even more spacious than the "suite" and I was overall satisfied with it. I would have been satisfied with my stay, even the price, if I hadn't been misled into thinking I was getting a great price on a "suite" and then been let down when I arrived. Additionally, there was a price discrepancy from what Expedia showed I would be charged compared to what I was actually charged at the property and nobody (from the hotel or Expedia) could give me an explanation for the $30 difference.

Staff was kind and helpful, the pool was in fantastic shape and clean. The hotel itself was fine. Moderately clean, but very hot. The A/C in our room cut on and off all night and never really cooled the room down, the breakfast area was so hot you could barely sit in there to eat. It was a fine place to stay on a budget
