"The breakfast was great. The staff were super nice and helpful. They offered to store bags after we checked out so that we could go explore the city. They had refreshments and pastries throughout the day. Free water. The Expedia stay got us a free bottle of wine. Overall in our week in Italy this was the best hotel we stayed at. "

"Nice location, 15 min. walk from the train station. Our room was clean and comfortable with a view on the canal. No breakfast but there are lots of options nearby. Be aware that you have to check-in in advance in order to get the code to enter the property. The check-in counter is in another hotel and the staff is really friendly and helpful. "We loved our stay at Combo Venezia! It was in such a perfect location! We had a 3 minute walk from where the water taxi dropped us off, and it was easy to find. The reception was super sweet and even filled us 2 large bottles of water we could take to our room. The room was cozy and spacious! We had a view of the canal too! We will definitely return here on our next visit to Venice! "

"This was the prettiest place we’ve stayed on our Spain and Italy trip so far! Very quaint and full of charm. The check-in/check-out process was easy, smooth, and the host provided amazing directions to get to the hotel. The host was our favorite part of the hotel! He was engaging, honest, and full of life! He even recommended a place for me to propose to my girlfriend. He was truly wonderful. He also provided a map and list of recommendations (clearly marked on the map) for us to try local pizza, authentic Italian, good gelato, cicchetti, and places to visit. It was lovely to have personal recommendations from a local. The space was clean, felt authentic, and comfortable. More spacious than our prior accommodations as well. Excellent location and easy to get in and out. "
