Best Rialto Palace 2 by Wonderful Italy

Splendid apartment overlooking the Rio San Felice, located on the main floor of a historic 16th-century palace near Rialto in the heart of Venice.

The apartment is spacious and completely restored. It has no less than three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with one queen-size bed each and one room with two single beds. Two bathrooms with showers and finally, a living room with an open kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The building does not have an elevator.

Additional comforts: free Wifi, air conditioning and heating, Television and hair dryer.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

Best Riialto

the Apartment was clean and had nice bed linens. There was no living room to gather in, only a room with long table and chairs. It is located down a long alley up several winding flights of stairs.

Reserve este lugar, primeramente por la ubicación, segundo el espacio, cada dos años vamos a Venecia a la Biennale de Arquitectura, éramos 4 adultos, un adolescente y un niño, me pareció adecuado! Nos gusta desayunar con calma, y probar cosas locales, el supermercado estå muy cerca, hay tiendas de alimentas muy cerca con cosas muy ricas, la ubicación es excelente! Desgraciadamente, el departamento no estå equipado como dice el anuncio, el horno no funciono, no había ni una mini cafetera clåsica italiana, ni para hervir agua, en una olla hervimos el agua y lo utilizamos como tetera, todo muy båsico, demasíado båsico. Los chicos estaban cansados y se nos ocurrió comprar una botella de vino, pero no había ni copas de vino, solo 6 vasos y tazas. Francamente para el precio, esperaba algo mejor! Reserve para 6, una de las habitaciones no estaba lista, donde se instalaron los chicos, fueron incómodas, pequeñas, apenas cabía mi hijo de 9 años, el de 13 le quedó corto el sofå! Las duchas hacían que se inundaran los baños. Solo una secadora de pelo, la segunda no servia! El departamento necesita mantenimiento en general antes de volverlo a rentar o ajustar su precio!

Great Place and Location! (With a few caveats)

We had meetings that allowed us to stay here over a weekend. Location is fantastic - close to the busy areas but quiet. Easy to get to. Overall, the place is great, very nice with almost everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it but be aware of the following: 1) The description on the listing is not correct. This place has 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 1 half baths. The main BR shown in pictures #1-9 is exactly as shown. However, it has a loft area in pic #12 showing a king bed that does not exist. There was nothing in the loft - no bed or furniture. The bedroom shown in pic #10 does not exist at all in this place. The back bedroom shown in pics #15-20 is as pictured with a king bed EXCEPT the bathroom shown is sealed off - the door is screwed shut so you cannot access it. There is a half bath as shown in pic #13 right outside the door from that bedroom. This bathroom has a washer and dryer that we made good use of. The middle bedroom is not shown in the pictures. With some Googling, you can find other pictures of this location on the renter's website and can see this room. The middle bedroom is very small and has 2 odd modular couches that can be turned into a queen size bed. It has a full, yet small, bathroom (pic #14). Plenty of linens are provided to make this conversion but do not expect a king size bed. There is a large living room that is not really shown in the pictures. It is at the end of the hallway in pic #26 & 27. It is a large comfortable space that has two large windows/doors to view the Calle. It was a very nice place to gather in the evenings. The kitchen and dining space is exactly as shown but we did not really make use of it. Overall, we were able to make this place work for 3 adult males. Just be aware that the place is not as listed. 2) The outside views are just as amazing as the pictures show. The only issue is that 2 of the windows were not functioning (could not open), including one of the main windows/doors in the living room. It would have been nice to fully open up the place as the weather was beautiful during our stay. 3) The place has mini-split A/C in all of the rooms but only 2 remotes to operate them, with one being broken. 4) You have to climb a LOT of stairs to get to this place which can be difficult with a lot of luggage. 5) Venice has very strict trash & recycling rules but no details in this place. Do some research and separate your waste. All said, this is a fantastic place with a great location!

This place is a hidden gem. I stayed in 3 places in Italy, Venice, Positano, & Rome and this was My personal favorite. Great location, very spacious.

Pas adapté à des personnes à mobilité réduite

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement déçus de l’attitude du loueur a qui nous faisions part du fait que nous avions louĂ© avec trois chambres lits doubles et trois salles d’eau. La farandole d’excuses Ă©tait au dĂ©but de la discussion digne d’un registre. De plus Ă  aucun moment il n’est indiquĂ© les 47 marches qu’il faut gravir avec les valises. Le fait qu’entrant en Italie l’on ne dispose mĂȘme pas d’une cafetiĂšre !! Un comble !! Pas de torchons de cuisine ! Les fenĂȘtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas et une porte fenĂȘtre Ă  qui il manque la poignĂ©e pour pouvoir l’ouvrir et bĂ©nĂ©ficier de la belle vue sur un petit canal tout Ă  fait charmant Donc Ă  part la situation des lieux et le fait qu’avec un peu de bonne volontĂ© et de surveillance pour remĂ©dier Ă  tout ce qui ne va pas il y a lieu de se tourner vers une autre location Ă  moins de vouloir faire un entraĂźnement pour gravir le campanile ou la tour de l’horloge L’impertinence de la sociĂ©tĂ© chargĂ©e de la location ou plus exactement les personnes responsable de « l’accueil « est inacceptable Le propriĂ©taire ferait bien d’en ĂȘtre informĂ©

La posizione della casa, una ristrutturazione che ha tenuto conto delle caratteristiche delle case veneziane: splendido pavimento veneziano in pendenza che inseriva un elemento ludico alla cena (chi sarebbe caduto dalla sedia dopo la seconda bottiglia di vino?) Piaciuto tutto, bella cucina, casa pulita e ordinata, ambiente silenzioso. L acqua di Venezia (non la laguna) Ăš ricca di calcare e ha poca pressione, prestare piĂč attenzione ai soffioni delle docce ne favorirebbe l’uso. Manca uno specchio in un bagno e le porte dei bagni non si chiudono bene. Mancava la caffettiera che abbiamo lasciato noi in appartamento da tipici italiani :)) E forse potrebbe essere utile qualche informazione in piĂč sul ritiro della spazzatura.

A great location

We were 6 friends total. Apartment had plenty of space and bathrooms. There was no actual "living room", but this was not a problem at all for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need (if you stayed in to dine-we did not) Of course there were many steps to the apartment, but this is Venice, so that is to be expected. Overall, this was a great rental. I would highly recommend it. The location for us was perfect, vaparetto was close by as were shops, cafes and restaurants.

Struttura elegante nel centro di Venezia

Appartamento molto ampio , per 10 persone ,dotato di tutti i comfort, in zona centralissima ma tranquilla.Locali e supermercati a portata di mano. L'appartamento dovrebbe essere piĂč curato perchĂ© qualche porta dei bagni non si chiudeva e alcune finestre non si aprivano. Il riscaldamento non ha funzionato bene.

Tolles Appartment aber leider sehr kalt!

Das Apartment ist groß und sauber. Eines der Doppelzimmer ist komplett geschlossen. Die 3 anderen Doppelzimmer (1 Doppelzimmer hat 2 Doppelbetten) sind mehr oder weniger durch den offenen Stiegenaufgang bzw. ein Glasfenster verbunden. Es liegt Zentral und LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte, BĂ€ckereien, Restaurants, SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, Shops, Bahnhof ist in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Es hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die KanĂ€le und liegt in einer Seitengasse, weshalb es dort sehr ruhig und erholsam ist. Wir waren fĂŒr 2 NĂ€chte in diesem Apartment und am 2 Tag funktioniert die Heizung plötzlich nicht mehr, obwohl weder bei der Therme noch beim Thermostat etwas verĂ€ndert wurde! In der Nacht fiel die Temperatur auf unter 15 Grad und auch mit 2 Pullover im Bett fror man.
