The hotel is right at the Ca' D'Oro water bus stop. Our family of four (two teens) got two rooms. Both were fantastic with canal views. Rooms were comfortable, with some small items in need of repair, but this didn't affect our stay. We were able to walk just about everywhere and occasionally used waterbus. Breakfast was excellent and would definitely recommend.

the building is beautiful and i loved the outdoor garden. so convenient that the water ferry stops just outside the hotel Enrique (front desk) was incredible. his recommendations were perfect. i would stay there again.

Overlooking the Grand Canal

This was my second time staying here. I chose the suite that overlooks the Grand Canal. I was not disappointed! The room is amazing! It is extremely large with a massive Venetian Chandelier hanging over the bed. The doors opened to a very tiny balcony on the grand canal. This hotel offers great breakfast and it located directly on a vaparetto stop. Its location is fantastic! I will forever stay at this hotel in Venice!

Rooms are traditionally design , need little-bit of more improvement with built in amenities in rooms like usb or usb-c chargers as majority of the world uses iPhones. Staff is extremely hospitable . Location is excellent, very close & easy walk to boat dock for Murano & Burano visits , easy walk to Rialto bridge and St. Marks Sqr, excellent choice of restaurants and shopping.

Very helpful staff at the front desk. I booked a tour through them which was cancelled by the tour company. They promptly refunded my full payment taking ownership as it was booked through the hotel. Many other hotels would have directed me to contact the tour company. Very much appreciated. Will definitely stay next time and recommend to everyone.
