The good: The room was nice and well appointed. The living room, bedroom and kitchen were very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and furniture. The staff via Expedia’s messaging were fine and responsive. The bad: Last minute notice regarding major renovations in the area we were staying. Noisy from 9-5. The registration process for the parkade was a gong show. The tub was stained and had enough hairs in it to put off my partner who really wanted to have a bath. There was only one single pack of coffee mate so if you like cream in your morning coffee or tea, bring your own gear. It’s Canmore, so expect a train through town often (this sounds worse than it is).

It was a good stay. The property maintenance was good but the dining table was very wiggly, staying with kids needs some extra care and while in vacation, you wound not like that. Otherwise, the location and help from staff was very good. We did not use any amenities provided by the property, so just gave 5 star for the same believing it will be nice. Parking was underground, and I loved it. Lots of restaurants and general shopping options nearby.

It was a very nice room and was excellent for our family of 5 with small children. The room was clean. Our drier did not work but we managed. The BBQ had an issue with its plug but other then that everything was in fine working order. Kids loved the pool and very large hot tub. We only spoke with staff twice (once while checking in, and again about the dryer) and each time the staff where very friendly and helpful.

Elevator was not the best. Long wait times and would never stop on the floor needed. My check-in wasn’t provided which caused much delay on getting to my room. Extra facecloths would have been nice. Otherwise it was a good property. Check your booking platforms. I didn’t and paid double to what my niece paid.
