The fireplace was loud and making noise that we couldn’t use it. There was no hot water in the mornings. There is no blackout blinds in the bedroom. The pool area is in a separate building and had to go outside or into the parkade for access. Loved Canmore but won’t stay here again.

One bedroom condo style unit. Liked the upscale kitchen appliances and the two fireplaces. Very clean. King bed was comfortable. Washroom had tub and stand alone shower with jets on three walls. Lots of room in the hot tube. Good location. Would stay there again.

Amazing accommodation

Accommodation was amazing. All our expectations were met. Convenient location, very close to downtown Canmore and miraculous view of nature around. Did not have a chance to use Spa facilities but it is a great bonus to the place 😊

No front desk staff pathetic. Girl at front was rude. Barely spoke english. Left the area when others beeded helptold us all to call the #....luckily found out to go to grand rockies for help they were very friendly and helped us out. Unsure why they have 2 staff to help customers out and solara has none. Wont b back. Not our first time here. Our 3rd time.

Mountain view was awesome and the actual property was great. However, they were supposed to give us out check in code at 4pm-which we were there for then they didn't, I tried messaging (they completely ghosted me) and tried calling the number but the mail box was full. They gave the code 20 minutes late (those 20 minutes were spent worrying that we had some how been scammed) and then would not answer me about a late checkout-after all they owed me 20 minutes.

Excellent room size for price. Very impressed with the quality and location. Best deal I’ve gotten (so far) on hotels.ca. Beds aren’t the comfiest and the pull out couch needs to be replaced.
