Newly constructed condo (2 years old) in Stewart Creek with high ceilings and great views of Little Sister right from the rear deck, and Mt Lady MacDonald from the front. Beautifully furnished with split system AC to take the edge off hot days, and radiant heat floors for winter. Has 2 private decks one with outdoor seating space and a barbecue on the other. Fully equipped kitchen with Frigidaire Gallery appliances. Living area has a gas fireplace, Stereo, 60" TV with Apple TV, Netflix, TSN, Sportsnet. 5 minute drive to downtown Canmore, 20 minutes to Banff, 40 minutes to Sunshine Ski Resort.

Note that due to zoning restrictions this is a long term rental only monthly rental, and property is used by hosts for 6-7 months a year, meaning you are truly renting a home, not a typical rental property. Some blocked dates may be available for seasonal workers etc that want a longer term stay. Please message to request other dates.
