I really liked the property’s location. I think the staff provided excellent service and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of options. I honestly felt very well taken care of. The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t offer room service, so I had to walk to the nearest 7-Eleven to buy something for dinner. Other than that, everything was great. Everyone was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

The hotel is well located and functional. There is Walmart supermarket within the building complex which makes it very convenient for incidentals. The property is clean and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is OK but not as varied as the one at sister property in Merida. Good enough for a one day stay. Reasonably priced, especially when considering prices in Cancun. My room had a view of the lagoon, but the window could use a good wash to really enjoy it. Overall, the property met my needs and I would consider staying there again.

Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. The room is small and basic but it’s clean and comfortable with a good view. Safe and nice neighborhood with many shops and services nearby (including a Walmart Express downstairs and a major shopping mall less than a 10 minute walk). This hotel worked perfectly for a travel day where paying for a beachside hotel doesn’t make sense, financially. Would stay again.

Centralised location, malls, Walmart right next to hotel. It has 7/11 across the street. Staff were very helpful. Clean and decent size room. Wish they had a kettle and small fridge.. They had a dispenser in lobby. It could have been in every floor.
