"The hotel is in a great location just outside the old city. Many excellent places to eat close by and the hotel has an its own shop with a great selection of wines, beers and local food specialties including beautiful cheeses, and other charcuterie items. It was quiet and peaceful at night. There was a nice spot on the 3rd floor where one can sit outside and watch as the light changes on the old city above on the hill, and get some nice photos."

"I booked this lovely Carcassone apartment for a friend who was visiting from England solo, and he absolutely loved it. The location in the Bastide is great for walking to everything in town - shops, restaurants, the square, small grocery store, pharmacy and train station etc. All communications with the host were timely, friendly and considerate. She also provided great information and tips on visiting the city. The apartment decor is bright, modern and cheerful. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and nice stay. There is a sweet little balcony for looking outside. We highly recommend this sweet apartment for your visit to Carcassonne."

"Our stay was magical. It was like stepping back in time and living in fantasy world. Carcassonne was where Walt Disney got his inspiration for Sleeping Beauty when he stayed at the hotel in the early 1950’s. Great location. Very helpful staff and great breakfast. "

"Lovely home which has been a Bed and Breakfast run by Katy and Oliver for just over a year. They are wonderful, gracious hosts. The property is a very convenient walk from the train station along the Canal du Midi. It is about a 30 minute, interesting walk from the walled Cité. Katy welcomes you with information a out your visit to Carcassone and restaurant recommendations. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, featuring homemade compotes, granola, fruit and eggs with smoked salmon. Wonderful! If we ever return to Carcassone, we will be back!"

"This a charming boutique hotel right in front of the main gate of the citadel. We really enjoyed our stay and we can only praise the staff and the quality of the hotel. Our only slight disappointment was the layout of the room and what we have seen it seems that they all share the same flaws. While the quality, cleanliness and space was there, we found the room crowded and badly designed. For example there is only one small table that is overloaded with a coffeemaker, a lamp and a pile of documents about everything and anything. That the easy one to fix. The bathroom is weirdly designed, same feeling it seems the architect wanted to put all possible things in a too small area for that. You have a shower, a bath, a toilet and a double sink in a space of 2.5 by 3 meters. It doesn’t really fit, leading with a tiny shower and the toilet right in front of it and no space to circulate between the sinks and the bath."
