"The room was warm, spotlessly clean and smelled really lovely. The staff were friendly, polite and made us feel welcome. We loved the fact that there were tea and coffee making facilities as well as complimentary bottled water. The housekeepers made up the room and replaced the towels daily which was great. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and fresh and clean. We loved our stay and will be back. "
