I had a Expedia 20% off food & drinks voucher but the hotel failed to deduct this discount on drinks, even though id asked twice - so thats a con Staff at reception require a " personality transplant' as none were welcoming even though we were extremely friendly & polite. "What a delightful hotel!! From the check-in to everything else about this hotel, I cannot rave enough about it. The lobby is casual and the staff were efficient and friendly. The staff in the restaurant were also very super friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel and chain to anyone, even after only one stay. Will look into staying at this chain in future travels. One of the best hotels that I have stayed at!!"
