"If you are looking for a clean, safe, hotel with helpful kind staff and a location giving you access to lovely Glasgow City Centre this is it. The price was very fair and the value is high. Some rooms have wonderful views of this city. This is right next to Glasgow Central Train station where we arrived. Highly recommended."

"We booked a room on floor 14 with a river view. It is an extra £20 per night but it’s worth every penny. The staff are so kind and helpful giving us oat milk for the tea in our room and replenishing everything and tidying it all each day of our 4 night stay. The only reason for not giving it full marks is that it would have been good to have a mini fridge for our milk alternative and the cabinetry had the space and a socket for one so couldn’t fathom why it was missing as it’s a basic standard in hotels at this level. But perhaps they are still cutting the rooms out. A very pleasant stay and will stay again. "
