For a one-night stay this was perfect. Close to the town centre (an easy walk) and restaurants/amenities if needed.
Room was spacious and well furnished. Hot shower and comfy bed!
Staff were helpful at checkin and when a room lamp didn't work.
The rooms where clean and the staff friendly. Parking was normally easy and I havea van. I was out to early for breakfast. Some rooms had been refurbished and otherswhereawaiting being done. Bt easy walk into town center. I stayed for a few weeks mainly there if I could get a room. Sit is a popular little cheap hotel. I would happily stay again.
The staff was very friendly at check in. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to park right in front and it looked like there was enough space for everyone. It was in a good walkable location and easy to get downtown. The only negative was that there was no hot water and low pressure in the shower even though the shower switch was turned on.
This was a fantastic location and the reviews I read before booking were bang on. This place is a gem! It's in a fantastic location to the castle and restaurants and a great price point. Especially as a solo traveller. The single room was small of course, as one would expect, but it didn't feel cramped as it had lots of space for my stuff.
Being an older building, I also appreciated being able to open the window to let in some fresh air. It had a private bathroom (a must!) kettle with coffee and tea, a blow dryer and a TV. (Not that I was in my room long enough to watch it).
They offer breakfast, but didn't partake so I can't offer any comment on that. But I'd definitely choose this spot again.

Room are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Parking at front and side of property.
Great location for Stirling City centre, decent clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Only used it as a shopping point in the way up to Aberdeen so only a brief stay but a good place to stay at very reasonable rates.
The room was clean, staff was great i didn't have the breakfast, the only little niggle i would have is the shower isn't powerful enough. Its in a good location within walking distance of the town and train and bus station.
Parking was excellent! Staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Shower in my room was somewhat temperamental - either polar bear or boiled lobster. But there was a happy medium and once found (through gentle and small changes on the dial) a good invigorating shower could be had.
Breakfast was good and plentiful, with a lot of variety.
Would I come again - Yes!
Location is the best part of this hotel. Bathrooms had a bit too much mildew/mold for comfort. Everything seems quite dated. My traveling companion claims to have stayed in youth hostels better than this hotel. Hotel breakfast (extra fee) is not worth it, since several better breakfast places are within blocks of the hotel.

Stayed for three nights in April. Place was fine with nothing in particular one way or the other. Breakfast was offered but not sampled. Location and low price are the key attractions.

Parking was good, and able to leave car there on our check out day until 2pm. Breakfast was good. Large room although not the one pictured on website.
Staff was courteous, room was clean and the amenities were within walking distance, so you just left the car parked up which was great, as you couldn't get a parking space on the main street, enjoyed our stay, would recommend.
