"Why is it every time we visit Oban, there's a violent storm? We'd booked for two nights but on our day of travel Mathew phoned to advise all the roads were either flooded or blocked with landslips. "I didnt see anyone from the hotel the whole time I was here. But i knew they were there as my registration card was waiting for me on arrival and my room had been made up. Only small hotel so what you would expect. I had a luxury sea view room with 4 poster bed and it was super comfy. had a very good nights sleep. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Very nice. I'd stay here again"

"We liked our stay at The Scott. The hotel does not look fancy outside, but that does not matter. The bed was good, the bathroom very clean with great shower products. No fridge available. Our room was facing the main Street what was nice. Parking was easy (although it seems that spaces are limited) and very convenient when travelling by car. Check in and check out easy. The hotel is well located and we can really recommend it. We would stay again. "

"Very large room, clean and tidy with a sink. Shared restroom with other rooms on the floor. It was nice to have breakfast daily and not a far walk from the main part of the city. There is also bus stops and a train station near by. "
