"Host cancelled on Friday evening- we were booked from the Sunday. VRBO helpfully suggested alternative and said our money would be refunded for this booking. So far they have not honoured this, claiming the host is responsible. The host is unresponsive, twice given excuses to VRBO- just up, couldn’t access their computer but would resolve this within 24hrs (lied). 2nd attempt- told that the property managers were going into a meeting but would get back within a couple of hours… VRBO guarantee...

"Property was in good location not far to walk to city or public transport. Room was simply but have most of what you needed. Only issue was there wasn't tea making facilities in room. You could get at reception but had to pay for it."
