"The ladies at breakfast and the afternoon grunt offices were very friendly.
Sadly we were disappointed about how cold the swimming pool was. We loved the heated pool so much two years ago that we decided to come back. Many others guests refrained from swimming because it was too cold. "

"The room experience is 10/10. The steak house is mid. I would rather eat elsewhere for the steak price and ensure it’s an evenly cooked steak. The cafe is mid as well. The pink cake is blah. You’re paying for the novelty of the decor and atmosphere. The architecture of the rooms and decor is honestly what drew us here. Amenities are good as well. Take advantage of them. The rooms are worth the experience at least once. "
