Accessibility: There are 2 steps to enter into the home. There is a full set of stairs to get to the bedrooms upstairs and to get down stairs. There is another step into the kitchen.

Other Things to Note:
This home is well loved, older and in an older community of Calgary. The home owner still stays in this home when it is not being rented out, so there are a few more personal touches and personal items. Some of the doors and closets are locked for this reason. This is a pet friendly home with carpet, our cleaners do a great job but please keep this in mind when booking. PARKING INFO: Please do not park on the driveway beside the front door as it is our neighbours driveway. Street parking is available to you, there is no time limit parking about 10 feet in front of the front door on the street.
