"The location of this hotel is excellent, across the street from the ferry stop. And it is very close to the nearby tourist spots such as Parliament building and the Fisherman’s Wharf. The hotel is a little bit old, but with relatively good maintenance. The staff was very nice and it was very convenient to have a luggage storage room for temporary stored luggages."

"Great location! The area is very safe and quiet and I felt secure with the hosts right next door. Parking was off the street. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There are several stairs both up and down to enter the suite, so those with mobility issues may find this difficult. Kitchen has one hotplate, a microwave and a toaster."

Received a request for balance of payment the day before arrival....!?!?!?!?!On arrival, the location was a complete and utter dump (refrigerator in the driveway!?!?), busy highway, idyllic pool from vrbo advertising covered in a huge plastic, ugly green bubble, apartment was dirty, kitchen facilities in particular, an Xmas (?) half eaten, moldy pie in the oven, large holes in the door screens preventing privacy, heating went off in the middle of the night, total nightmare!!I am a longtime vrbo, global customer. In my humble opinion, this property should not make your availability list. SO sad to have had my trip ruined dealing with these anomalies. Host tried to be kind and helpful but ultimately sent me an extremely rude text. I do not believe that my expectations are too high having had wonderful vrbo experiences all over the world.Profoundly considering how to move forward in the future :-("
