Hi Tiziana Thank you so much for your review, it was lovely to hear that you had a nice stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the sewage smell, it is a bain of our life at the moment as we try and work with the agent that installed it and the ongoing smell problem, as of last week we have finally managed to diagnose a problem with the control panel which has now been fixed. Unfortunately because the nature of system and its internal workings, certain chemicals / products have a harsh effect on the bacteria resulting in the 'smell'. This is an ongoing commitment of ours to ensure our cleaning products as well as any of the products used by our guests are suitable for the system, ensuring the smell doesn't return. Unfortunately some things are out of our control but regular feedback allows us to manage this more effectively.

HI there, thank you so much for your review, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and the welcome party and wildlife. Many apologise to hear that the kitchen was not up to spec. We try to be health conscious and mindful at Premalaya, it was actually one of our first thoughts around the creation phase and ensuring we do not have microwaves in the apartments because of how bad they are for you. We are big advocates for healthy fresh home-cooked food and we run retreats to actually teach this way of eating, so contemplating putting a microwave in felt like we would be completely contradicting our beliefs. It would be great to hear what else you feel was lacking in the kitchen so we can look at this. With regards to the sofa, I would love to know which apartment you were in so we could make a note of this. The sofa beds we know are not the comfiest of couches hence why we put them as additional seating and not the main lounge. But please do let us know which one you was in so we can take a look at this. Many thanks for your stay with us and we would love to have you again.
