Busselton featuring general coastal views and night scenes
This attractive coastal city is known for beautiful beaches, great local restaurants and one of the longest wooden jetties in the Southern Hemisphere.

Visit Busselton to enjoy a range of outdoor activities, including cycling, fishing and snorkelling. Relax on some of Western Australia’s best beaches or enjoy a meal in an alfresco restaurant or café. This wonderful coastal city also features a calendar of annual events, including gourmet food and wine events and music festivals.

Busselton is a great place to shop, with many boutique shops selling locally made artwork and jewellery. Visit a museum to learn about the intriguing city or admire many buildings of historical significance, including the 19th-century St. Marys Church of England, one of the oldest stone churches in Western Australia.

Busselton Jetty is a historic wooden jetty and one of the city’s most popular attractions. This long structure stretches 1.8 kilometres (1.1 miles) into the stunning Geographe Bay. Board the famous jetty train, a small train that leisurely transports visitors from one end of the jetty to the other.

Discover the Busselton Jetty Underwater Observatory at the end of the jetty. This unique facility allows visitors to observe one of Western Australia’s best man-made reefs. Notice colourful tropical and subtropical corals along with many beautiful fish, sponges and invertebrates.

Relax on Busselton Beach, a stretch of fine white sand with grassy areas nearby. The tranquil water makes the beach perfect for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking and paddle boarding. Stop at the nearby Port Geographe Marina to organise fishing and whale-watching charters.

Busselton is located 220 kilometres (140 miles) south of Western Australia’s capital, Perth. The striking coastal city features luxury beach resorts, private villas and affordable self-catered apartments. Enjoy fresh seafood and modern Australian cuisine from many local restaurants.

Stay in Busselton for a friendly coastal city atmosphere, excellent wine and food and some of Western Australia’s best beaches.
