"A very pleasant stay in a nice hotel in a beautiful location. In the heart of the New Forest and miles of beautiful walks without needing to use your car to access them. Dining options very good with both the Conservatory and Armada restaurant serving very tasty food. The only issue was very slow service at breakfast - having ordered simple mains we waited over 45 for these to arrive - unacceptable for a simple breakfast service. Others arriving after us had left and finished before we were...

"The hotel was amazing, the room was a very good standard. The only let down was not being able to have dinner at the hotel. Only 2 out of the 3 Restaurants were open and it waa May Bank Holiday weekend. This meant going out to a local pub for dinner which is not what we wanted."
