Very well maintained clean place, car parking in front of the building.
Very convenient location to the centre/harbour ( less than 10 mins by car).
Darren & Jo are very helpful and friendly hosts.
Nice breakfast, pre order the night before and it's served right on time, delicious.

The hotel is only about a year old so the building and all the fittings and furniture are in as-new condition. The staff were all cheerful and a delight to work with. The food was good both breakfast and the evening meals.
The location right on the foreshore is attractive with lovely views of the sunrise but it is well away from the centre of Torquay. When I arrived Google maps had the location 300 metres too close to the main part of Torquay so you need to check this before setting a route.
