Gear room/laundry room is perfect for skiers with bags and gear to dry out and hotsprings soakers to wash their suits and towels. The park across the street is great for kids of all ages. "due to the 2 bottles each of shampoo and liquid soaps we took with us as we thought it was just shampoos and liquid soaps, we took it because we like the smell. I was wondering why it will be deducted as the shampoos and liquids soaps were not even on a special dispenser, they were made of plastic. it was an honest mistake on our part. Also, it was not mentioned in the paperworks/instruction. I am so disappointed about this."
