We stayed for 3 days (2 adults) and really enjoyed it. There was everything we needed and could take a short walk to the local if we needed anything else. The screen on the balcony was great for privacy at night and in the morning. Would have loved a microwave and a vacuum cleaner during our stay, we got fluffy white stuff on the dark carpet. Overall the best stay we've had in Brisbane.

Nice and spacious, clean space. The customer service was great. The only reason for 4 stars is because the hot water wasn't working in the upstairs shower and in the downstairs shower it was only working for increments at a time.

I liked the convenience of the location of the hotel, but the lack of communication by staff was appalling. The facilities were lacking, first no dryer even though advertised with one & then, with an armful of saturated clothing, moved to another room where the microwave didn’t work (I didn’t bother telling staff). I stayed due to having jaw surgery so I was in a lot of pain, expecting a relaxing experience, but the lack of communication meant I was left frustrated with entry to & from the building & there was no clear instructions to be found. Also no info that lifts would be out of service during my stay or that paint & glue fumes would be present either, left me faint by the time I reached my floor, breathing was not easy! I won’t book here again, it was not an enjoyable stay.

Have stayed here several times and loved it but this time it wasn't up to its normal standard. The bathroom and shower was filty with mould growing in it. The laundry cupboard was full of dust and spilled washing powder from past guest. The courtyard had brown slimy mush all through it from leaves that had fallen and not removed. Very disappointed this time.
