Great location and easy access to Brisbane and Southbank. Beds were clean and comfortable. The floors had not been vacuumed- crumbs and things visible on entry. Water pooled on the floor in the kitchen on entry. Roof in kitchen sagging. Queries sent to hotel in lead up to stay were not answered and even when I called they seemed disinterested.

I found the property to be old and tired. Fittings loose, blinds falling off. Insufficient blankets for number of beds.Kitchen poorly equipped insufficient cutlery for number of patrons. Asked for coffee plunger reported we do not stock item. Upon departure staff given information on insufficient cutlery answer was we have been busy. Sorry not good enough

We were attending a function at the Convention centre so great location, property was clean but could use a little maintenance in certain areas.

Great location for activities in West End & Southbank (walking distance). Helpful staff at reception. Parking available (paid). Big unit & good set up for two couples (two bathrooms). Linen clean and beds comfortable. Good bathroom supplies and great shower. Fans and/or aircon in all rooms. - One free parking space would have been better. Wall paint & carpets showings signs of wear. No tea towels!. Little or no view from balcony. Lounge seating for three people only (needs extra lounge chair). Second shower leaked onto bathroom floor. * Overall a good stay...
