The property is good and modern. In close proximity to to the south Bank with restaurants cafes and easy access to city center. The pool is not heated and usually in the shadow so can be a little cold at time

Inna on reception did a wonderful job in relocating us as our apartment didn’t have the king bed as requested. She escorted us to our new room once it was ready and made sure we were happy. Love the location of these apartments as it is an easy walk to the West End for cafes and supermarkets or to South Bank for more dining options or ferries to other sight seeing options.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is close to Southbank and the city. Restaurants and cafes are lovely. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and it's location. It was in a lovely quiet area and had the most delicious chicken at the local beer and chicken place at the base of the apartment which was oh so convenient. We were within walking distance of the supermarket and other cafes/restaurants and a short distance from Southbank. The pool was amazing. Overall a very lovely stay, would definitely recommend to others.

Unfortunately, there were major problems at check-in: I was sent a QR code for self-check-in, but no code to open the door to the self-check-in machine. There was a telephone number on the door, after 5 minutes on hold my European provider ended the call and blocked further calls for abroad. I stood outside the door for half an hour, then passers-by found me, they also tried to call the number, but nobody answered for 15 minutes. The passer-by then googled the apartment company and called another number, after 5 minutes we got through to them. However, the lady on the phone and the reception staff on the following days were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is well equipped, only glasses were missing. The apartment was very clean, the area is safe and there are many stores nearby, also the conference center is within walking distance. The rest of the stay was very good.

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Location is fantastic, reception staff welcoming. Cons: Only one, the ground floor level rooms are quite dark. We will be back again 😊
