The property was fine and we chose the location because it was close to the ferry - unfortunately we found that both ferry stations close to the hotel were closed for renovations.

Great Break.
Great friendly service across the board. Witnessed extra COVID cleaning in progress which made us feel very reassured and safe. Curtesy bus to ferry terminal was a great extra. First holiday since 2019 and The Point made it a great break.

Loved the size of the junior suite and we really enjoyed the quality of the room service food. Decided to eat in and we were not disappointed. 5 star meal along with drinks from the bar while relaxing in the comfort of our room. Awesome! Didn't like that the bathroom tap was leaking, and it's been leaking for a while because the wood in the cabinet is rotting. Had to use another bath mat to soak up the water and stop from running through the tiles. They did offer to move us but we were settled by then. They just need a plumber.
