"We were quite disappointed with our stay. The parking attendant was very rude, couldn’t understand english well his name was Rome i guess and the door keys were not working properly. The TV was not functioning at all, and there was no smart TV available, which was not mentioned beforehand. We were also not informed in advance that the pool was closed."

"Hotel was full of screaming youth hockey players so did not go near the pool but it looked like a lot of fun. :) Rooms were large and well kept. Staff was very friendly. Nice location close to the airport. I would visit them again. "

"Parking is spacious and easy to access. Short uber trip the BMO centre. Staff allowed us to stay parked in the parking lot when we checked out which was very appreciated. Where our room was the train was noisy enough to make for a rough sleep. No coffee machine, but there is a microwave and fridge that worked great. No smart tv to access any streaming. Finding the room is confusing as the lobby was on level 2 3/4."
